Sending Your Names
You don't add your names when you place your order. After ordering, we will email you a fillable pdf to enter the information for your family tree.
This also means you don't need to have all your family information when you make the purchase! Many customers collect this information after purchasing their tree.
Building Your Tree
After you send in your names, we get started on building your family tree! Before we print, we send you a digital proof for you to review.
Shipping to You
We carefully frame, wrap and package your family tree and ship it to you! See our shipping page for more info.

We currently offer 5 business days turn around for an initial proof. The proof will be based on the family names you provide. After you review and approve the proof, we will print, frame and ship within business 5 days.
